I first sought legal advice from Mr. Noordam in 2018 in anticipation of a restructure at my company (2000+ employees). At that time, he shared his deep knowledge and experience of Dutch Employment Law, helping me to understand the legal process for employers, and outlining possible outcomes for me as an employee. With this I was able to enter the process fully prepared. I sought his advice again in 2020 during a departmental reorganization, and most recently in June 2021, where he helped me successfully negotiate a settlement agreement for redundancy with my company after 5+ years at a Director level.

Arnoud’s expertise, compassion and patience has been invaluable to me during challenging times, each time resulting in positive outcomes I may not have otherwise achieved alone. Ms. Couvreur negotiated a termination contract for me, resulting in much more favorable terms than initially proposed by my employer. While I have no prior experience using the services of a lawyer, I ended up gaining much more financially than I had to invest, so I consider that a success.
